Struggling to get pay for truck not being used . They answer their phone but keep passing me around. My driver went to the location to pick up and was sitting there for 2 hours and after I contacted Tryson Stephenson he told me he wasn’t the one in charged of paying smh. DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Struggling to get paid for two loads hauled for this company. The good they answer their phone. The bad I just keep getting passed around. I have no other options of getting paid except filing on their bond. Please carriers take warning do not work with this company

We hauled a load for them. It was a payloader that was supposed to weigh 42-43000 lbs which is what we can haul legally. We load the unit and scale it and it weighs 47000lbs. Still not a problem for us we just need overweight permits which calls for more money. Well that is were the problem begins as Matt wont answer the phone anymore and i called head quarters and they want me to send all the paperwork to there email. If the problem started on the phone it can be resolved on the phone if you want to. Hauled a cheap load for the once and done. Run drivers Run!!

Not paying seems to be a common theme with this company. I ran a load from Pa- NY for Brock and clearly explained in advance that the shipper they sent me to takes multiple hours to load (I had been there on two prior occasions- 6 hrs each time). They assured me detention pay would not be an issue. I am still waiting on that detention money over a month and a half later. Do yourself a favor and deal with a more honest broker. Someone other than Tyler Reed.
