Completely disorganized management and incompetent/lazy front staff. Homeless and dangerous people around. Near the freeway and you constantly hear the noise. All the negative reviews are true. Don't waste your time and find somewhere else.

We’ve lived here for 3 1/2 years now and just love it. We are able to have our black lab here, the neighbors have always been pleasant, the grounds are always kept up, maintenance issues addressed quickly and rent is very reasonable. We will be staying here as long as we can and transferring into a two bedroom once our lease is up since our family is growing. Highly recommend this complex.

Best value for money in Livermore for the new renovated apartments. A lot of improvements in the premises the last year. Stuff very pleasant and helpful. Laundry facilities and rules can be improved.

I've been living here going on 3 years now and I'm not sure where these other people live in the complex or who they are talking to...but I have always had great service from the office staff and maintenance staff. I never see any litter on the sidewalk, grass area, or parking lot. Yes, it did take quite a while for the washers to be repaired..however, since I am also in the property management business I understand that sometimes it is beyond the control of the management. If I need to talk to the office, I make it a point to go there in person...if you feel they aren't returning calls...walk down there..it isn't that far. The few times I had to call - they returned my call within an hour...normal turn around time. If you expect them to return it immediately, you're living in a dream world. The maintenance staff is great...after repairing an issue, they stopped by a few days later just to make sure it was still okay. If I have any complaint, it would be the people upstairs who seem to think the rules don't apply to them...otherwise I am quite happy living here.
