Despite the fact I had to print nearly 400 pages and that I asked what I would consider to be an annoying amount of questions the worker who assisted couldn't have been nicer. This was somewhat of a last minute project I had to have completed by Sunday and I came in around 9am Saturday my project was packed and printed by 9:30. Many thanks to the employee who helped me, he truly saved the day!

Helped me pack and ship a surfboard across the country to MA. It arrived in one piece! They packed it with a minimum of 3" around the entire board and did what they could to manage the costs. Friendly and helpful, even when I called to follow up on tracking info.

The employees are always polite and extra mindful about lost items or notices about anything pertinent. Its always a pleasure to go there and pick up my mail, send packages, get copies and purchase interesting cards and the Live Scan service has no wait time and no appointment necessary.

The UPS store in my neighborhood (Tam Junction) as absolutely a 5 star office. I never write reviews but they are so friendly and efficient that I decided to write one. They feel like family. Highly recommended and satisfied with the service there.
