I had a negative experience trying to get in touch with Leslie regarding purchasing a chicken coop. She neglected my several requests to schedule a phone call to discuss- it seems she only wants to handle customer service over email, and with less than average communication skills. Her messages were hastily written and did not answer the questions I had. I found the tone generally rude until finally she told me she wouldn’t work with me. It was confusing and exasperating trying to communicate with her. Pay attention to the negative reviews, they reflect my own experience. There are better places to go for your chicken needs.

Fresh eggs are so delicious and it's easy to order and pick up here. Discovered Mill Valley Chickens two years ago and have been enjoying their eggs ever since!
