Before sharing my own experience with this location, I read through other recent reviews and I'm not surprised at the reviews that include "poor customer service". I have lived in this area most of my life and when this location was built, it was the one we frequented. ALOT. We were always treated well and enjoyed coming in to see servers that loved their jobs. But that is long gone. This will be the last time I ever eat at this location again, I should've stayed close to my house and ate at my location that knows how to treat customers with southern hospitality. My family of 6 visited your establishment on Sunday 08/28/22 and I already spoke to a "manager" and contacted your corporate page and left a review with my contact information for someone to reach out to me. When guests are spending their hard earned money in your restaurant, they should be treated with respect when asking for condiments or requests, not with attitude or my table being ignored. Especially when I asked to speak with the manager (whom I had already seen at another table) and our server brings out a kitchen staff to handle the issue. And he never did a thing! He DID nothing!! It's not like I can get up and walk to your kitchen and get those items for myself. Sorry Sonny's Orange City, you didn't hit the mark.

Don’t come here unless u want to waste your whole night!. I always tell myself I will never come back to this sonnys but since it’s the only one close i do. Drive they will take u thirty to fourty five minutes on a Saturday night and if u call it in they tell u ten minutes and I’ve been waiting for fourty five already they keep saying it’s coming right out. The food is already smoked and cooked so I’m not sure what the problem is maybe frying up the fries lol going in now to ask for my money back this has been a nightmare. Ok update just asked for a manager for my money back and they go well ur food is coming right up just then they hand two people who came way after me their food this place is a joke don’t come if u value your time
