*update* while over 5 years ago posted below, this location has really gone down hill. The store is always chaos, the staff not there to help customers, important staples are now extremely hard to find or no longer there. And whomever is doing inventory is so bad at it there is no way that there is a higher demand for pre-made things than - dare I say CRAFT being you are a craft store. Smaller store but gives staff a chance to really help customers.

Love shopping here. Always have what I'm looking for. Helpful and friendly staff.

This is a smaller model of Michael's. It will have most items but you will sometimes need to go to the Sanford store or other larger ones to find what you need

Yes and if you go to their website and sign up for emails, they have coupons off that service frequently.

Yes
sorry I'm not sure but they sell everything to make candles
Yes, and you don't have to have an appointment. Turnaround for in-stock matting is 48hrs. Turnaround for matting that has to be ordered in is roughly two weeks. Rarely, matting can be cut while you wait. This is not common practice, and is a courtesy that production-trained framers (not everyone trained to take sales knows how to assemble) will do if there is no other customer waiting to be helped.
In the event that items have been in the store for too long, and are seasonal clearance, they will be put into grab bags. There is no set schedule for them, and no specific number to be made at any given time. This is because the availability of items meeting grab-bag criteria depends entirely on how quickly seasonal items are bought before they hit clearance and how long they remain in the store once they are on deep discount.
This location carries acrylic craft paints, patio paints for terracotta pots, and paint pens. They do not carry ceramic glazes or glass paints.
Yes, I've noticed that they supply jewelry making materials.
