Outstanding service. Request to work with Alex if possible. Superb communicator and very prompt with getting an application in as fast as possible to secure my dream apartment. All my questions were answered extremely quickly and I was kept in the loop throughout the whole process. Check out Cerda-Zein's website for the most up-to-date information as Zillow, Trulia, etc. can misrepresent or leave out pictures, etc. A pleasure to work with.

If they had zero Stars that's what I would give them. It took them 3 weeks to respond to my calls I called five times. When Sebastian finally did call me I told him there were four apartments that they had that I wanted to look at I needed a ground floor apartment. I gave him the addresses he told me that two of them were up upper apartments I told them that would not work for me he told me the one at 9:21 Central was a lower apartment. I'm a 74-year-old woman on a fixed income staying in Tracy it's a 100 mile round trip to Alameda I go to Alameda today for my appointment and the apartment is up stairs and all the man could say to me was you should have reminded me excuse me you forgot in one minute or two minutes that I needed a ground floor apartment. These people are ridiculous don't even try to rent from them I can just imagine what kind of landlords they are.

So I have reached out and inquired about multiple properties managed by this group (craigslist, Zillow, their own website even) for weeks now, still no response. Multiple google reviews indicate that I am not the only one dealing with this. This is unproffessional and I feel bad for homeowners who have hired this group to represent them because frankly their properties are vacant for much longer than they need to be. Prospective buyers like me put in multiple inquiries on the same unit for weeks without even getting an acknowledgment. EDIT: RESPONSE TO OWNER Instead of denying the issue that I have brought up, how about you actually do something to solve the problem. I'm not the first person who has had this complaint and you keep replying with the same exact response. Its hilarious. "Interesting bc..." . Like no, its pretty obvious that you guys dont check your messages. And as I was saying before, instead of denying, try fixing the problem. Maybe all the messages from prospective tenants go to the spam folder in your email, or maybe there's a glitch with your website. You're approach to handling customer issues is repulsive and very unprofessional. I will not be working with you bc I can't imagine what it would be like if I needed to contact you for a maintenance issue. Sorry about the negative review but you have an important job and people rely on you, so if you are unresponsive to customer needs then the people need to know. Wish you all the best

The goal is to make your home as appealing as possible to the most potential buyers, before photos of your home are taken. Staging your home can include anything from redecorating to rearranging furniture, cleaning or other aesthetic strategies to present the home in the best possible light. You can do it yourself, have your real estate agent guide you, or hire a staging company.
In most cases, the buyer pays for the home inspection.
If someone is selling a home that needs repairs - yet chooses not to fix them - they may choose to list a property as-is. Disclosures and inspections are typical steps in the process. In an as-is sale, a buyer is willingly purchasing the home in its current state with full knowledge of its condition.
When selling a property, it is incumbent upon the seller to disclose any details about the home that might negatively affect its value.
Factors such as the time of year and market conditions play a big role in how quickly a property sells. How you price, market and stage your home are also very important variables that will affect how long a home remains on the market.
Any fixture that is ‘attached’ or built into the house typically remains. For example, if your house has built-in bookshelves, they typically stay with the house. The same is true of kitchen or bathroom fixtures, and fireplaces. Exceptions and details can be discussed during the negotiation process.
There are many factors that affect the housing market, but understanding what to expect - and being prepared beforehand - can make buying and selling a property at the same time possible.
A professional appraiser will inspect a property and compare it to other similar homes in the area. From there, a fair market value is determined. Unless you plan on paying all cash for a property, you will likely need a home appraisal.
A real estate agent is paid as part of the closing costs, which comes out of the sale proceeds at the end of the process.
Your first step is to hire a real estate agent you trust. Together, you will set an asking price, prepare your home for listing, list and market your property, negotiate an offer, and close on the sale.
Sharing particular information when connecting with a real estate agent can help give you an idea of your home’s value in today’s market. The in-person expertise of a real estate agent will give you a more accurate opinion of your home’s value.
