Receptionist lady was extremely rude for no reason at all. New to Kaiser and had a simple question about walk-ins and was given attitude as if my mere presence was an inconvenience to this woman. Also, nobody working here really knows what's going on so expect to be run around in circles and treated like nothing more than a number on a slip. Avoid coming here if at all possible.

For a health care facility y’all need to figure out what to do when it’s crowded. I came to pick up medicine from the pharmacy and there was 11 other people in the waiting room in addition to the security guard and check in person. They told me to literally sit next to some person I don’t know. Not sure how this fits into social distancing but maybe someone from the county needs to stop by for an unannounced visit.

The doctors office is great. You get in and get out very quickly and the staff is super helpful. The pharmacy is absolutely terrible. Their hours are Mon-Fri 8:30-5:15, not open on weekends. It's a zoo before closing (which is when most people are off work) with a line out the door. Avoid going there at all costs!
