I never thought of working out as being fun before until I joined the NOAC. The staff is real friendly and all the members are cool. They have these free classes like Zumba and Belly Dance where you dance to music the entire time. I am usually embarrassed by my terrible dancing skills, but Claudia makes me feel great about myself. Wendall has been helping me lose weight with his afternoon Cardio classes with weights. Jose taught me how to finally throw a decent right hook. I have never been to a gym where you can get on the internet and charge your phone while working out on cardio equipment. Better yet, there is a room with three treadmills where you can also play backgammon.

Wow, does it matter? I'm a minority and I've been a member for over 20 years! Doesn't matter what the racial composition is, all are welcome.
There's a membership drive right now til 1/31/18 which makes it way more affordable. No initiation fee, first month free. Its never packed, no annoying music, all the classes are included and there's always has parking. The place is gorgeous to be in. We LOVE it! Tell them Kimberley Taylor referred you and ask fir Nicole to show you around and I will thank you with a treat!
