Loves: -Gym is open 24hrs -Gym/members are clean with sanitizing wipes everywhere -Group training/TRX (Shelly in the AM is awesome, she’ll motivate you and works with all body types) -Sean the manager is very responsive to questions, even gives out Gym number to text about group training or questions. -Price is reasonable, check Facebook for deals/specials. -Safe location at Nob Hill Cons for some (not me): -No huge locker room -Gym is a bit on the small side (took some getting used to, but they have everything you need without being crammed too bad) Overall it’s a great value and perfect if you’re trying to get in shape.

The Gym is clean and the equipment is in great shape. I gave 4 stars because sometimes rules aren't followed.. Although it's none of my business, it still bothers me a little bit, but other than that it an awesome environment!!! Most of the customers are courteous and friendly too...

Just signed up today. Love the atmosphere and friendly staff! Glad it’s open 24 hours for members, works great with my schedule. The gym looks good, all the equipment I was looking for. Just wish they had tanning here, then it’d be perfect!
