Clean, friendly staff, great location. Downside parking is difficult if you go during business park hours. Youll have to park near Union or all the way down the parking lot. I usually go in the early AM or super late PM.

I love this place. The gym is always open I don't have to worry about getting there by a certain time. The manager Chris is so helpful and willing to help me meet my fitness goals. They have the best equipment with clean air to breath. Never smelly or musty like some places I have been to. I highly recommend this place to anyone!!

Yes, we do allow members under the age of 18. Preferably 16 or older, but can access the gym with an adult if younger.
Currently we are not doing group classes, but when we do classes usually they are groups of 4-5
