Dr. Leone has a calming nature to him. His kind and caring personality always makes me confident that I’m in good hands. I didn’t realize I needed him to explain as much as he did to me. His knowledge was remarkable and didn’t talk to me …

WHEN FIRST MET DR.J. LEONE, I WAS CERTAIN HE WOULD NOT BELIEVE ME. MAN, WAS I EVER WRONG, SUCH A KIND CARING DOCTOR & PASSIONATE ABOUT HELPING OTHERS LIVE A HAPPIER OR BETTER LIFE WITHOUT ALL THE CHRPNIC PAIN, MY ONLY COMPLAINT IS I LIVE ON …

Dr Leone is very knowledgeable about medical marijuaba, I felt very confident about using it after the education he gave to me at the office visit. His staff is very nice and helpful.

Recently was evaluated here by Dr. Leone. Never have I ever felt so comfortable speaking with a doctor. I came in feeling so nervous about the whole process and actually physically shaking, and within a minute of him entering the room he helped ease my nerves. He explains everything in a completely non-judgemental way, and his demeanor is that of someone who just wants to help you get relief if he can. There are guidelines he has to follow and he can't always approve everyone, which I feel is important for people to know. The phone is often tied up - it's because they're busy. Be patient, leave a message and they will get back to you in a few days. I came to the appointment knowing nothing, and left feeling educated, with printouts and guides in hand as to exactly what I would need for my specific conditions. Thanks, Dr. Leone.

Unfortunately the only mental health diagnosis that qualifies for certification in Pa is PTSD. Medical Marijuana has been shown to help with depression and anxiety though....
If you have one of the 21 diagnoses that qualify for medical marijuana in PA you can call our clinic to see if you meet the criteria for certification.
Yes
I believe so
The cost for a medical marijuana certification is between $100 and $225 depending on diagnosis and circumstance. Above this fee, the state ultimately will charge you $50 to receive your photo ID card once your certification is complete
Well more n likely but when making appointment just ask what you need, I know most places want doctors diagnosis
Yes you do.
Our clinic only accepts checks or cash as payment for a certification, we do not participate or accept any form of insurance.
I'd say call the doctor's for those questions
By the time a patient gets an appointment we would have received all of the appropriate medical documentation from the patient's doctor directly to complete the certification; so the only item one is required to bring to the appointment is an accepted method of payment for certification.
Have your doctor put in a referral?
Its $150 for the apt ans $50 for the card.
Its not !
If youve ever been to any kind of drug treatment that qualifies you too
Just go in
We are not a dispensary. We are a clinic that performs medical marijuana certifications.
No
We are by appointment only. If we are tied up on the phone or are busy seeing patients you can leave a voicemail.
PTSD is a diagnosis that is on the list for certification, depression/anxiety are not, although medical cannabis can help with those also. Cirrhosis can qualify but only if the patient is deemed end stage/terminal with cirrhotic liver failure.
Those conditions may/can qualify under the severe, chronic intractable pain category at our clinic. It must cause some level of pain at all times(intractable), have pain flares which reach 7/10(which is severe on the pain numeric rating scale), and be present for greater than 3 months(definition of chronic pain).

Crohn's disease definitely qualifies and arthritis may/can qualify under the severe, chronic intractable pain category at our clinic. It must cause some level of pain at all times(intractable), have pain flares which reach 7/10(which is severe on the pain numeric rating scale), and be present for greater than 3 months(definition of chronic pain).
