I dropped off three pairs of louboutin shoes to be shined and cleaned up. They left indentations on each shoe in the exact same spot which looks like it was caused by a tool with a blunt edge. Along with scratches. There appears to be splotches of polish dripped all over. It almost looks like they dipped the brush in polish and splattered it on.

Rudy has restored shoes for me that arrived ready to be tossed because the leather was so worn, and left looking beautiful.
