This year will be my third year being a patient at CCC. Every year prior to this year has been an extremely easy process with friendly service. This year, I've had issues with the receptionist at their 888 number. It is always the same receptionist. First, she didn't understand that I needed to reschedule and was a bit rude about it. Then, she almost didn't reschedule my appointment because I couldn't pay that day, when earlier in the month they were able to reserve my appointment with my card on file. I expressed frustration and she let me schedule. Today, I called to pay and the price was about $28 more than the quote I was told earlier this month when I made my original appointment. I asked about it, and she just said, "because we are a doctor's office and our prices rise with inflation". I explained that it has been nothing but a hassle trying to make my appointment this year and that I'd just find a different doctor. She asked if I wanted her to cancel my appointment. I said no, I'd pay, but that I wanted to speak to her supervisor. She said the call was recorded and that it'd show she was being very sweet to me. I said no, I felt she was being passive aggressive, and asked if she was ready for my card number. Of course I know this is a doctor's office-I am a patient here. I come here for PTSD, I don't need the receptionist being passive aggressive and rude just because I don't know about changes that they implemented without telling anyone. I didn't mind paying extra, etc, but the way the receptionist carried herself both times I had to speak to her has me seeking a different provider for next year. The previous years, I would have given this provider a 5 star rating. After my experiences this year, I drop them to a 3. And that's only because the doctors are friendly and efficient.

Dr. B and Scott are amazing! They are very helpful, patient, and kind! I feel very comfortable going there for my MMJ card. Conveniently right across the street from Rise dispensary! They are not affiliated with the dispensary but very convenient!
