We were there at a pretty busy time, although Chick-fil-A does well in their busiest times. The gentleman at the register next to us was ordering, and you could tell it was his first time and he didn't know what he wanted. The patience and hospitality observed was great! I can just imagine a "normal" fast food place saying "step back and come up when you decide" but the young woman just was kind and patient and then said "I can tell this is your first time, this sandwich is on the house!" Also, our food was good!

Just stopped on our way through Erie. It’s incredible the amount of customers that were there for lunch and how quickly and kindly they served everyone. A little kindness goes a long way. The employees seemed genuinely happy to be there so refreshing to see. There was also a table for two set to remember those that have served on this Memorial Day. Fantastic experience and good food too.

Grabbed dinner to go, through their efficient drive through service. The food was hot, fresh, and tasty. Cordial employees as well. Chick-fil-A remains one of the best, fast food restaurants anywhere.

I had a wonderful experience today when taking my little sister out for dinner! We were served by a wonderful server named Anastasia who made us feel welcome and gave us excellent service! The food was also very fresh and was perfectly made!
