I have Crohns disease and arthritis do I qualify?

Crohn's disease definitely qualifies and arthritis may/can qualify under the severe, chronic intractable pain category at our clinic. It must cause some level of pain at all times(intractable), have pain flares which reach 7/10(which is severe on the pain numeric rating scale), and be present for greater than 3 months(definition of chronic pain).
