Horrific customer service. Phone rang for 1/2 hour - no answer - no chance to leave a message - and it's only 3:30 PM I placed an order for 1/2"t. IN STOCK plywood on 5/12 - I still have not received it... How is this even possible??

The sales people are generally rude and there seems to be a rift between the warehouse and front office. I went in multiple times to pick up plywood as a driver for the company I work at and the warehouse workers always seem to have attitudes about the front office. It's not a great look to have your employees bad-mouth each other.

I brought a stain to be matched. I've been calling to get it altered (less shine). The tint department NEVER answers the phone. I get they're busy but I've called MULTIPLE times, on different days. This is the second week I'm calling and still no answer. They also don't return calls from voicemails. Unbelievable. HORRIBLE service.

Pretty much the best plywood prices around, but they do not do retail sales - you must have an account. And they will probably yell at you if you call with questions and don't have an account. For some reason they put the nicest employees in the warehouse and the grumpiest in sales.
