Horrible. Check-in and paid the day before. The young man was indifferent. Took him 30 minutes to check me in again. When I was going to get in van he told me I could not park or leave my car in the lot . He said I could go park in another business lot and risk getting towed. I parked across the Hwy 101 and he would not give me the keys until I paid him $20 to park somewhere up the HWY. I just called it quits and then it took an hour and 6 phone calls to UHAUL to stop him from charging me. There were NOT any no parking signs and definitely not listed in the website.
