We got take out. I got the Impossible Ravioli with Caesar Salad and Garlic bread. Everything about it was excellent. Used the bread to get almost every drop of their awesome pasta sauce. My hubby got the Pad Thai (rice noodles). We were both happy we stopped in Concord to try out Col's Kitchen. If I hadn't known it was vegan I wouldn't have guessed. I'm speaking as someone who ate at Bub's BBQ last week. Enjoyed talking with Jordan, the owner and hearing about the long lime of Vegan restaurants in this space.

We seated ourselves and received menus within a couple of minutes despite it being fairly busy on a holiday weekend. Our server was very attentive and made sure our food was prepared to our special request. As vegans we truly appreciate being able to order anything off the menu! The food was great and we particularly enjoyed the cauliflower wings.

HEALTH FOOD.... Never tasted Soooooooo GOOD! So glad Col's Kitchen is in the VALPAK - Blue Envelope! Their Veggie Burger was DELICIOUS as was the Cauliflower Wings with Maple Dressing. For desert I tried there Upside/Down Pineapple Cake which was HEAVENLY! I'll be back for sure and will HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Amazing food. Plenty of options through the week. We got the Belgian waffle, Buffalo seitan Sammy, blueberry pancakes and just-egg scramble. Honestly I can say this was one of the top vegan places I’ve been to in the country.
