Getting in contact with local store was difficult. Calling was challenging. I was connected with C-pap services. I did not need a C-pap. I was told the machine I needed it would take the company 6 weeks to get. I went to the local store to discover the machine I needed was in stock and Patty was awesome. However, calling was a nightmare.

After dealing with the typical supply chain issues in 2022, TMS finally received a CPAP machine which was made available to me in an efficient fashion. The TMS team set me up for the CPAP "fitting" and they responded quickly to adjust to my schedule to make the appointment happen. Amanda W was an excellent consultant, answering my endless questions and providing a lot of technical and practical information so that I made the best choices for CPAP accessories and learned how to operate the equipment. She was really good and she clearly cared about her clients. Equally important, she made herself available for follow-up communications, as well as that of the TMS support team, so that I can continue to receive support along my CPAP journey, given this is not a one-and-done process. They are great at sending the cpap machine and supplies. Other than that they are not a good place to do business. They call once or twice a week asking if I need supplies. I told them to please stop calling and sending emails but they just keep on calling.Another thing.I paid my bill and now they say I'm on auto pay and they are billing me before they go through my insurance. I spoke with a heavy Indian accent lady who told me they don't turn off auto pay.well I never signed up for auto pay.Now I have to cancel my bank card and get another because they can't turn the auto pay off or bill me correctly. I wish I went through a different company.

I am so excited to be starting the journey of a good nights rest! Amanda, at The Medical Store, was great - she walked me through everything I would need to know and I felt very comfortable using the C-Pap machine when I left. I know if I have any questions she is easily accessible to me and that gives me comfort.
