I entered looking for a specific small ratchet for screwdriver bits, to work in a small access. Sandy assisted me. She understood what I needed, but at the usual location where similar small tools were, we had no success. She apologized for not being able to help me. I chose to stay and have a look at the extensive inventory they offered on display. About twenty minutes had passed, when she found me and presented me with exactly what I wanted. She thought I had l gone, but was happy to show me my sort after tool that she located. Now my weekend project can be completed. Thanks for your diligent assistance, Sandy.

Nice local well stocked Ace hardware store. Besides the usual hardware stock they have a large selection of cleaning products. Good key making and paint department as well.

Great store. Prices can be a little high but they make up for it with customer service. Already a pleasure to walk in with my dog. She is always given a treat! Its a small gesture but to me, it makes a big difference!
