Not a good Gamestop. Small selection, almost nothing in the store. Your better off going online and ordering from them.

Called trying to order GameStop GameStock and the person who answered talked me through some valuable financial information and gave me stock advice! Cool store, great service. Might buy games from here but the service was exceptional.
Unbiased Review
Good store smaller than others but had most new games. Sold a lot of second hand items which we weren't I retested in. Store a bit of a mess but could see everything on the shelves. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable. Not a bad store.

The young man that was assisting me was pleasant and very knowledgeable about the products they sold. Unfortunately young lady, assistant manager, couldn't have been any more disrespectful to her fellow employees. She went so far as to refer to them as puppies. It's unfortunate as I have purchased many games and gaming systems from them. I went as far as to contact corporate to inform them about. Her professionalism although I won't know what, if anything was done, because I will no-loger purchase anything again from that company and will gladly go elsewhere, anywhere other than ANY GAME STOP.

Yes but only for 2 days
Employees will be arriving at 12:01, but the stores in the mall will open at 12:30. Good luck on your Christmas shopping!
As of writing this post, Playstation 4 Pro Systems are currently out of stock in the Hyannis store. However, you can purchase one from our Web-In-Store program. You just need to come in store, pay for it there and they'll ship it to your home. If you're an Elite Pro member, you'll receive free 2-day shipping. And if you bring in any games, accessories or systems you don't use anymore, you can trade them in and get the system for a lower price. Hope this helps!
If you have an Xb360 or an XB1 in any model, GameStop will purchase them for Trade Credit or cash. Cash values are 20% less than Trade Credit. Some locations may require a government ID. Don't expect to get a bunch for an old XB360. Even the older XB1 models might not fetch much anymore. That being said, if you don't use it anymore, it's still free money you can put towards something else, or cash in your pocket. They'll also test the system to see if it's working fine. They'll check the physical condition and do tests on the system to reset it. If there's something wrong, they'll apply a Refurb fee. The fee is usually a single amount on the unit, regardless if it's a broken analog stick or the system just doesn't turn on. Ask the Guest Advisor for the best possible price and deal you can get. They'll take care of you.
