Very nice rooms, the staff were friendly, the grounds are very well kept. A nice warm pool for swimming in, basketball court outside, decent rates. Loved the size of our room with a full kitchen for us to use. Super comfy bed. Will definitely use again!

Always like a Residence Inn for their generous and well laid out room. In Salem for business and it was a welcome retreat after a long day. Bed was very comfortable, which is a plus, as we have a great bed at home. Friendly front house staff, clean grounds and convenient location.

After an issue with the hot water going out and what felt like a lack of care on the part of the woman working that night, the hotel made it right by offering to refund the pet fee we paid and granting us some club points. That made up for the issues for me. The hotel is nice and clean with an expansive breakfast offered in the morning. They welcomed our pets. There were a lot of dogs staying at the property but we never heard any one elses dogs while in our room, thick walls.
