My granddaughter had surgery (tear ducts) this morning and every single person we encountered here was amazing. The Dr. especially gets a big 2 thumbs up he never made us feel rushed and took the time to talk to us one on one. Very friendly and professional group of people.

My child is a patient in the Boston Office and had to come here for a day surgery . It was as bad as sitting in the ER . His procedure was scheduled for 11:30, I came 20min early . After a hour we was still waiting to even being the procedure, asked a nurse why is taking so long . Then to be informed the doctor is running late πŸ™„. Oh wow isn’t that convenient , now I have a 6yr old who hasn’t eaten since the night before because he can’t eat due to anesthesia. It’s 1 in the afternoon and my child still hasn’t begun . I can’t even begin to tell you what a struggle it was to get an appointment and how many hospital visits . Oh did I specify it’s just for a tooth πŸ˜’πŸ€”. Never again

I have been going to this satellite location for almost 4 years now with no issues. Right now I would love to know if they are open normal business hours on 12/24 or if they close early due to the holidays??? And I cannot find this information anywhere on their site and it’s for a emergency lab draw. As a night shift worker, driving from NH, I need to plan my trip accordingly.

Do you take blood donations? If so, do you have specific blood drive dates and times or, just walk in during normal business hours? Looking for alternatives to donate over the red cross. Because they are either evil, incompetent, or both.

We do not take blood donations at the lexington lab. The donor center in Boston is always in need of all types of blood, plasma and platletes. Once a year the blood donor bus comes to lexington and the public is welcome to sign up to donate. Definitely try calling the peabody and waltham sites, they're bigger than our clinic in lexington and may have donor centers. Hope this helps!
