This is for the Lexington MRI department. My son and I arrived on time for an 8:30 pm appointment and were met by rudeness and hostility from tech Kim and scheduler Kristen, who adamantly claimed we were late because we should have got there 1/2 hour before the appointment time. Kim proclaimed she would only do one of the scheduled procedures. The machine didn’t work for the first attempt, so she had to switch to the other MRI ordered. My son was in extreme pain after she twisted his limbs around all in a rush. When I called for the appointment, I was surprised (and a bit dismayed) at the 8:30 pm time, and was told they were open until 10. It took an hour for us to get there. There were no other patients and they should have done as his surgeon had ordered. I guess they had decided to close up early. We will never go there again after being treated in such a rude, unprofessional, and heartless fashion.

I love my doctor there, she is very kind and always wants to help. The administrative assistance are usually nice too.
