A beautiful library, with an excellent selection and a top notch children's section. A perfect place for a little one to crawl around and read and have fun. Their "library of things" is also really cool. They allow you to rent all sorts of handy items, games, toys, and gadgets thatd be a pain to buy. Got a thermal camera to figure out the drafty spots of my house.

Cary library used to be good at accommodating to people. But even by mid 2021, they are the slowest in adhering to the growing needs of the community which is composed of many students who really need the library to prep for major exams. They Had the slowest reopening, still NOT allowing for sit and study. This is the worst plan, since many of the residents are vaccinated & the virus rates had declined rapidly as of mid June 2021. Many states are reopening theirs and the state of massachusetts has lifted the ban. But This decision of theirs is affecting many students who are in need of the library to prepare for exams to get into colleges, grad schools or get licensures. You are all playing with people's futures, lives and livelihoods. This is not okay. Please please change your policies and fully reopen the Library. For all of all humanity, we plead you!
