By far my favorite trip to make on any give day. All of the products are great of course (the lotions are great for pain, the RSO is good for going to the moon) but what makes this particular location ao great is the people. There has yet to be a single day I've gone there that I haven't left in a better mood after chatting with the staff, and I'm sure they are tired of me telling them how great they are, but it's just really nice. 100% think everyone there would be a good hang, and that chill vibe comes out in every interaction. Thanks for being a great part of my day! Ps every single one of ya'll with tats I send an extra apology too but they're very cool ink

I have had only good experiences at this location. The staff wear great smiles, are always patient, and are able to answer my questions (if I have any). On my last visit, Jeremy was just the most patient person with me as I had made a mistake on my order. The queueing process is jarring at first, but that is literally the only thing that could be considered a "negative".(It is adjacent to the highway.)

Excellent experience at Rise Monroeville! I’m a caregiver and parent of a child on the spectrum and this was my first time at Rise. I had to handle during my lunch break and they were wonderfully accommodating and informative. Atmosphere is sparkling, soothing and professional. That aside, the absolute best part of the experience are the staff/employees. I couldn’t have felt more welcome in my own home. They somehow pulled off professional and “known you my whole life” vibe. Rise will be my go to for both of my patients.

It’s a little bit hard to hear the staff behind the counter, not because of masks but because they mumble. I really like the store. The staff is extremely friendly and the prices are good. The button outside with the camera is a little awkward, it would be nice to be able to at least come into the entryway before being authenticated.
