I have eaten at this Red Robin many times in the past and the service seems to continue to go downhill. During the last visit we were nearly forgotten about after being seated and it took almost 20 minutes before they took our drink order. We asked to order our food with our drinks and our waitress immediately stopped taking our order and went to go service another table before looping back. After we got our order in, it was another 25 minutes before our water showed up. Having a Toddler we picked Red Robin over a traditional sit down restaurant for what we thought would be faster service. We were trying to be polite but after we witnessed other wait staff delivering food to tables that were sat after us we interjected. The waitress blamed the kitchen but the food was obviously cold and had been prepared long before she brought it to us. We quickly requested our check, paid, and left. In total we spent an hour and a half waiting for a cold meal that was definitely in violation of food handling laws. The waitress knew the experience was far below what would be expected in any restaurant but offered no apology or comp. I'm not sure if we just got a bad waitress or this is more indicative of poor management.

The wait time was not overly long. The limited staff was hardworking and friendly. Our burgers were not exceptional but good. The fries were cold and stiff like they had come from a morgue. I have eaten here many times and the food has usually been better. I will hope for better the next time.

The service was excellent. Our waitress Delores was killer. I loved her vibe and she was on top of everything. She would get 5 stars! She’s the reason I’m giving 3 stars. Otherwise it would be less. Sadly, even though it was slow, the food took forever and still came out cold. I don’t know if something was going on behind the scenes that we were unaware of, but we waited almost 40 minutes for our food only to receive it cold. Kudos to Delores though. We loved her.

Majorly understaffed, and the food was unimpressive. A lot of the food tasted like plastic, and every time the food or waitress came, we were already debating whether to get up and ask what's going on or not. Will not be visiting a Red Robbins again. Not only is the food extremely unhealthy (even the salad), it's not fresh, and it doesn't taste good. I thought we'd get to try good traditional American fare, instead we got tasteless mozzarella sticks, sauces that tasted like they came out of a can, premade salad that was as cold as a freezer, and a veggie burger that didn't have any texture and the bun was soft (not toasted). Not good.

Website says 11/11/19. However, it wouldn't hurt to ask, if you're coming from a rural town such in Eastern Oregon, sometimes businesses will have flexibility with it.
No they do not do reservations, at least not at the bend location.
