My car was fixed correctly the first time and it was done on time too. The waiting room was very clean and had free WIFI, TV and comfortable chairs while you wait for your car. I would have to say that it was the first time I was able to walk into a dealership and leave a couple of hours later feeling like I got exactly what I was hoping for, and I have been car shopping for over 40 years. Lucian walked me through a painless purchase process and driving out a happy customer. The entire staff, from true product knowledge, salesmanship, finance process and other supporting sales folks, the experience left you with a feeling of satisfaction in your investment.
