I bought my wife a New 2022 Ford Ranger Tremor Package and from start to finish, the process was great. The Best Ford name really lived up to the hype….Best Deal and Best Experience, go to Best Ford in Nashua.

Shout-out to the Best Ford service department. I got hit by the wiper arm recall, when I was in the middle of selling a house needing to move furniture etc. Rose at Best Ford service managed to get me a loaner truck while mine was in the shop, then managed to find the (extremely hard to come by due to the recall) wiper arm, sweet talk another customer (who was ahead of me in terms of getting the wiper arms replaced) to agree to give me their slot, and managed to get my truck back in time for me to travel to attend a funeral. Even though recalls are not the fault of the dealer (they have no control over that), Rose really went above and beyond to help keep things on track for me, I'm highly appreciative and will continue to return to Best Ford.

I went to Best Ford yesterday to purchase my first legitimate car. I was slightly nervous, but everyone has to start somewhere, right? The first person to approach us was Jim. He handled most of the process, telling us about the cars they had available and showing them. And let me tell you, there was never a dull moment with him. His sense of humor was relatable, but also professional. He kept the atmosphere positive by talking to us and telling jokes here and there. He was very pleasant to work with and I definitely appreciate and recommend his customer service. The staff were generally kind overall, we immediately fell in love with the car that Jim recommended and we are grateful for the service we got at Best Ford Nashua! We just had a couple of things we wanted to mention about our service to hopefully give constructive feedback. The first thing we noticed was that the process was very long, in fact just short of 6 hours long. I do understand buying cars is a long process and it involves a lot of paperwork, however we were told multiple times we would be done with everything "very soon" and it ended up taking several more hours. I would rather be told upfront how long the process will take, rather than to learn I won't be leaving as soon as I thought. The only other thing that we noticed was that there was clearly miscommunication going on between some of the staff. When I had asked if having an out of state license would be a problem, I was told it would not be a problem. 30 minutes later I was told by a different staff member that I would need to apply for a New Hampshire license to register the vehicle. Which isn't the end of the world, it just would have been useful information beforehand. Aside from spending the entire day filling out paperwork, we had a generally positive experience and would like to thank the staff members who assisted us, especially Jim for being so charismatic and wonderful to do business with!

Went there a day before I was supposed to go for an interview. Like to make a first trip before interview because I didn't know where the dealership was. Unfortunately my job I currently was at was so short handed I had to cancel twice in a week. I would of left them in a horrible bind and I couldn't do that. The Service Manager who I had the appointment with was very understanding the first time I had to cancel. The second time I never heard back from her after leaving two voice-mails, and one email. I was so looking forward to meeting from her. She probably felt I was undependable and from the outside not knowing me I couldn't blame her. I could of told my job I am taking the time off and showed up to interview. But I feel it would of been wrong to do. I am extremely hard working and loyal to the company I work for. No matter if I knew I was leaving there soon. I hear wonderful things about this dealership, I wanted to be a part of their team. Now I will never know. Even though I was offered a job nearby I declined that position. The search goes on. They would of loved my attitude and spirit I would of bought to the service department. I work hard in giving the customer a great experience each and every time I deal with them. I wish Best Ford the best in their search for a service advisor. Will always wonder what if.
