I have been using Jackson Street Garage for almost 10 years now.I understand pricing went up but that place hasn't changed for years. Their stairways always have water leaks and most of the time it smells disgusting. People at the front desk are there for years and there is no communication at all about any changes. Recently a new company took over billing which required certain information to be verified but I had no idea. These people never sent letter or placed any notification at the entrance so people can be aware of this change. I got to find out 2 months late cause they never debited my account. Their communication is very poor and the only reason why I'm using this place is because there is no other choice at this point.

Typical parking Garage. Much less expensive than I was expecting which was a nice surprise
