When I emailed and called I got right through. The office was super quick at getting me all the information I needed. Not sure if the rest of you guys are calling the same office. Good luck with your searches.

I'm disabled and new to North Carolina. I have called and left messages with them numerous times and no return call or emails. Most unprofessional and sorry HUD I've dealt with. I can't even say I've dealtg with them because they don't get back in touch with you.

You would think so, but since landlords have been getting away with NOT doing these things for so long, the feel they don't have to any more.
