We've been trying to set up services with this company since the beginning of the month. First they told us the 12th, then the 19th (today), still nothing. We have garbage building up in our basement a d we have decided to bring it to the dump. They already charged us and we don't even have our cans yet. Completely ridiculous.

Regularly miss pickup and will not fix problem or refund. Charge to drop-off cans and $66 charge to pickup cans. I would call Jenkins and get a small dumpster for a much better deal.

We have a commercial dumpster service with bi weekly pick ups. Our dumpster has not been emptied in almost over a month. Our bill has been paid but they will not provide the service we are paying for. We have been told in this past week alone 3 days it would be picked up and it is still sitting completely overflowing. I called yesterday and was told it should be picked up next week. If it’s not we will be loading the dumpster onto our trailer and dropping it off at their office. You’re better off finding a dump or hiring a dump truck driver to remove your waste. Absolute joke of a company.

Everything was fine for 4 years, until we moved. Then they wanted to charge us for things they didn’t do, like removing a recycle bin. We never had a recycle bin. They charged us for removing a trash can that we left for the new occupants. We didn’t tell them to remove the trash can. We spoke with 2 different reps, none in Guilford County because you can’t speak with anyone locally, and they told us different reasons why we were being charged after moving away. One told us the charge would be dismissed. Three weeks later we got another email bill. Inept, incompetent, and unprofessional. I did what you asked. We got a response back from my email asking what issue we wanted assistance with. Everything was attached as you requested.

Ha...... I just found out I have to pay for them picking up the trash cans by a collection letter. I cancelled MARCH 27th. This company is horrible, I will be glad to pay the $59.40, hell they owe me that amount for their terrible service!!
Do what you must to find another company. They are absolutely terrible and it only gets worse.

We don't do that intentionally if the trash isn't contained properly then when we dump the cart then there is a good chance trash will fall to the ground. It's best to make sure your trash is in a tied up trash bag to prevent that from happening. And also not over filling the cart.

I on a garbage collection service pulled out of greensboro and guildford only 2 companies left almost all belong to republic. They have nothing to worry about no competition.
It's bulk pick up. You can haul it to the dump for free
