A few years ago I was on a train that crashed across the street, and everyone was sent to take refuge in the library for a while. It's a beautiful old building, and the staff is very friendly. They even provided snacks and put on a movie about the history of Jamestown.

There is indeed! It is February 20, 21, and 22.
Jamestown Public Library does have space available to tutor students. There are several tutors that use the library for that purpose already.
