Regarding the hygiene of the place, it is very bad. You have to climb on the garbage of the city and you are stepping on all the waste from the garbage of the city. Rubber shoes are recommended because they are easy to wash.

Those need to be taken to Ingleside Compost Facility at 3001 Ingleside Dr. Brush, limbs and logs are not accepted at the landfill. At Ingleside there is no charge to residential customers IF the yard waste is brought from your primary residence and is in your personal vehicle. If the waste is from a rental property, if you are not the home owner, if you are a business or in a commercial vehicle the charge is $36 per ton with a $7.50 minimum.

If they are empty shells then trash. If it is live ammo many local ranges will take them, call your local police department non-emergency number, or if you know anybody who does at home reloading they will often empty them and repack them.
