This place is terrible & this is coming from someone who has worked there. The staff is bad. No teamwork , lack of communication between each other & management. Weekend staff is even worse . These ppl only care about a paycheck & don’t treat the residents with respect. There are staff members who have been reported many times by residents & those staff members haven’t been fired. There are a few good employees who care but chances are they won’t work here long. Beware . Take your loved ones else where.

My uncle was there just this month. First, he had two phones stolen and two charging cords. Both of which were supposedly lost within the span of two days. Second, there is not nearly enough staff. He went hours without anyone checking on him. Anyone who says they had a great experience must nave this place mixed up with some other place. On the weekends, no one is there, the employees go out and leave the residents on their own while they go get their nails done. Seriously, caught them red handed. Its pathetic! It's criminal! I wouldn't put my dog there!!

Awful ...wouldn't recommend this place to anyone...you take ptns their snacks and protein shakes and they never give it to them...don't change ptns often and dont clean good...awful unfriendly staff...no care at all...please don't use this place if you won't good care
