Poorly managed office. Very rude and unprofessional front desk staff. Doctors always running late at least an hour.

Excellent customer service and Dr Cugalj is a awesome and caring doctor. He takes time with you and listens to you. If I could give a million stars I would.

I have a history of back issues that I inherited from my Dad. I had seen several orthopedists who said "I could give you an injection, but I don't see (on MRI) where I would do it." That was scary to hear,, especially when I knew there was something wrong. My dad was always very particular of who he saw, therefore when I was looking for a 2nd opinion, I knew there wasn't anyone else to see besides Dr. Jenkins. Dr. Jenkins took one look at my MRI and showed me what the problem was and after 2 steroid injections and a laminectomy my pain was gone. He explained my problems and all procedures in such a way that I could understand what he was describing. As I continue to have back issues (no fault of Dr. Jenkins) I know that there is no one else I will trust with my back than Dr. Jenkins. Between the EXCELLENT care that I get with Dr. Jenkins and the professional, friendly staff in the office, I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this office to others.

What might the out of pocket charges be for treating degenerative disc disease. I assume that some is covered by Medicare and United Supplement. I need to know approximate figures. Thank you...Bonnie Rogers
