Convenient options for people who work during the day. Wish there were more late night offerings for aqua fitness classes. Unfortunately due to chronic pain working out on the machines can be very painful for me and in the aqua classes I have a lot more mobility. Other than that, the instructors are great, but there is a rule against patrons walking behind the instructor and it is not enforced like at all. It's a safety hazard, since the pool deck can be slick and one of these people could knock over the instructor. It has been getting progressively worse and all employees in and around the pool need have the importance of this rule reiterated to them.

The Old Colony YMCA is awesome! Staff is so helpful and kind. Love playing pickleball in the mornings. The gym is clean as well as the pool. Very happy to have joined.

The staff here has been great. Since writing this review originally, I think deep down I was feeling insecure because I would feel like a loser regardless and the fact that the staff wasn't saying hello had nothing to do with it (because that happens at a lot of places) but I've gotten better about that too just by grinding away and focusing on what I can control about my circumstances and they actually are really nice.

There is a hot tub
I haven't seen that any archery classes are offered, or any place to practice inside or outside. Particularly in the summer there are tons and tons of kids around for camp. However, of you are looking for a close place there is one in Middleboro. I unfortunately cannot recall the name.
All the classes etc are online and you need to sign up ahead. If you can't find it I'd give them a call.
