No store stock, missed priced items that they don’t stand by after their mistake has been pointed out. Rude management telling me its not their fault and not resolve her peoples mistakes. I shop their once a week and never again. Price integrity is a thing and you should follow the Mass state laws. Lost a customer 👎🏼

So I recently moved to this area and I’ve been to a handful of joblots including Brockton and I was in complete shock with the bridgewater location! It’s dirty, unorganized and cluttered. But after interacting with the staff I can see why. Most importantly the management. It’s clear they do what ever they want there! And if I was the owners, I would look closely at what’s happening there because there’s no coincidence if something is off. I wasn’t going to write a review because if I can clearly see this then obviously the owner can too! But the only reason I decided to write this was because I purchased two large items that go together. When I got home I opened the first box and there was a obvious hole that I couldn’t hide. I put it back in the box and didn’t even unbox the second item. honestly, I should have know better than to buy anything there based on the environment. Anyways few days later, I return the two items with its original receipt. I even took the courtesy to tape the item. You couldn’t even tell the one item was even unboxed. Anyways, When I returned it I told the clerk it had a hole in it just so it isn’t sold again to anyone else. Like it was to me! He was kind until the woman who I’m assuming is the manager arrived to complete the return! She started interrogated me loudly, rudely and inappropriately in front of several customers trying to make me look like some sort of bamboozler! I was so confused! After the clerk already told her there’s a hole she Sadie’s me is that hole there because u used? What the heck? Why in the world would I return a item I myself broke? She was interrogating me so much so, that this kind clerk turned and started to mimic her energy/behavior! He started to question me too and then opening the item that I told them was unused/unopened! inspecting it to try and catch me in a lie! I understand that some people can’t be trusted but what your staff will not do is this! I read your entire return policy and I advise your staff do the same! I they tried to embarrass me and bully me in front of everyone for doing something that your store allows! But I was confident and secure with my character despite them trying to paint me out to be a bambozler! I would suggest hidden cameras in your store your management clearly seems shady!

I found a rug on the website that i absolutely loved and it said this store had 2 in stock. Went to the store.... Long story short, i couldnt find the rug anywhere. Queue sales associate William - he stopped to ask me if i needed help, I explained the problem, and that man promptly searched through the tower of area rugs in an attempt to find the one I was looking for. Unfortunately, he had just as much luck as i had. He proceeded to check the back stock room 3 separate times and even looked at other locations, but all to no avail. Eventually, he found one that was similar enough to the one I wanted, and he even helped me bring it to the registers and outside to my car. Anyway, hats off to William for going above and beyond the normal call for customer service!

This is a 2 star store. I'm not sure i gave it more than one star because just beginning with the employees, i went into this ocean state job lot tonight to try to find a couple things. I was in there for about 20 minutes and walked by more than 5 employees and not one asked me if i needed help. Even making eye contact with them not even a HI, or how are you doing today. Very very rude employees. Then the condition of this store is horrible. It is so trashed, messed up, not in order, boxes all over the floors, on the shelves. Over all No help from employees and the store being all unorganized its impossible to find anything. Not really sure how they actually sell anything. Also you had 5 employees up front just talking.
