Pro tip: Compass medical will give you proper attention if you review them online. I’ve never had an institution call me back so fast. If you care about your health and safety and regard for basic human life, seek health care elsewhere. If you scroll down you can see I’ve reviewed them MANY times because I can’t let someone else be treated the way I was treated. Compass Medical misdiagnosed appendicitis as constipation among a number of misdiagnoses over the past year. Today in particular they are giving me the run around for antibiotics after they sent them to a pharmacy that was closed. They didn’t even confirm my test results until 6Pm on a Friday before a long weekend. Everyone here is there own special brand of awful. Unless they are Dr, Bhatia, Dr.Carvalo or Ashley Simoni, the staff here will find a new way to make you feel awful about yourself. It’s impossible to find a new doctor but even then I’d be better off without an treatment than the treatment I received here

I have anxiety and usually I don’t like going to the primary or to the Dr. in general but I will say that everyone at compass was very nice , caring and non judgmental ! But I just went recently and the primary dr found a heart murmur and a leaky valve that im not sure how long I’ve had but have had symptoms from this for a couple years now ! I’m glad the dr took the time to talk to me n listen to my symptoms and figure out what’s wrong with them

I’ve been coming here since I was just a child, I see Dr. Patel who is an awesome doctor and very understanding, I’ve never had any issues at compass medical. I’ve always been treated very well and whenever I have an issue it gets resolved. My only recommendation for the medical center is to give patients more time with the doctor. I feel like I’m on a time crunch from the moment I see my doctor to the minute he leaves. I remember when doctors had a full half hour with each patient, maybe it’s just not like that anymore ?

Rude and unprofessional. They asked me to change my PCP with my insurance company. I did just that. They called me several times this morning while trying to work when I finally answered stated that it does not appeared to be changed. Called my health insurance they said if will reflect by 4/1. I called back and spoke with the receptionist and tried explaining the situation. Told her o had an email from my insurance company stating it was changed and it shows on my app. I just physically do not have the card in hand. She informed me if it does not reflect on the system then they won’t help me because they are more worried about getting paid than helping people medically. That is sick. This is the same place back in 2018 when o went in trying to tell them o thought I was having a miscarriage and they did nothing. The receptionist just yelled at me. 1 week later I did in fact miscarry. I know it was gonna happen regardless but you do not treat someone going through something like that like they do not matter. They are rude and only care about the money. Found a new primary. They don’t even have a worry about my health insurance pcp, so compass medical just wants to make a quick buck Glad to know some medical places only blue money. Not patience health. Pathetic.
