I chose them because I had heard good things about their company and wanted to use someone I felt I could trust. Their team was great! Tim, who was the lead on the project was so kind and helpful, as were the technicians Dave and Tom. I reached out to PuroClean to get an estimate for clean up after a flooding that occurred in our town. I had done a great deal of clean up myself including complete demo down to the masonry and tile floor. PuroClean showed up took several measurements for moisture and did a visual inspection everywhere including into a tough to get to crawl space and told me that using their services was not necessary. They gave me some recommendations for spot cleaning should mold or mildew occur. Not one other company was that honest and forthright. Not bilking customers unnecessarily is consummate professionalism. I will absolutely recommend them to anyone for this reason alone.
