Had to reach out to store management for assistance. Penny, asst mgr, was phenomenal. She was knowledgeable about store policies and she was caring enough to hear my request. Ultimately, Penny was helpful and professional and I appreciated her listening and helping find a resolution to my issue. Everyone I interacted with at this store today was efficient and courteous.

Great as always, great selection, reasonable prices, and helpful employees. Left with exactly what I went for. They also allow pet owners to bring their beloved pets inside the store so no pet gets left in vehicles in the parking lot in excessive heat or cold temperatures.

Lawn and Garden customer service rep couldn’t cut a ribbon to separate the tomato grated I wanted to buy and said she didn’t know how to page someone to come cut the ribbon but had the full ability to talk on her phone the whole time I was trying to get help. I am heading over to Home Depot. Update the manager was very helpful and understanding.

Needed help in Plumbing, waited for around 10 minutes without seeing anyone so I went to the service desk and requested help. They announced over the overhead speakers for help in Plumbing. I returned to the Plumbing section and waited for approximately 20 minutes without any help. I returned to the service desk and asked again. It was announced again. I waited another 15 minutes without any assistance 😕. Lowe's used to have buttons for assistance in the section you were shopping, they have been removed. I guess so you have to walk to the service desk each time. I have found that Lowe's is a true "do it yourself" store, without help!
