Sale associates are nice and helpfulbut thats to be expected. A recent experience with customer serives leaves much to be desired as management at Store #0436 refused to issue a price match refund inspite of having clear evidence from receipts to images of the display adverts of the same item in Home Depot for $40 less than what i paid. Thankfully, Jamie at store #2653 was able to provide a solution.

Usually don't have any problems, but lately seems staff has been distracted, and when you call Lowe's stores no one ever answers. Twice I have stayed on the line waiting for someone to pickup the phone for more than 5 minutes. This last time was to inform the paint person, he needs to make sure the lid is secure on the can. The paint tipped over on the way home and obviously the lid was not on. Posted a pic. Luckily, my car is old,and paint only spilled on the car mat. I had to power wash the the mat as soon as we got home in order to get the paint out. 🙄 I will applaud the lumber department for helping us load our plywood, we didn't even have to ask, Thanks.

Our old washing machine died and we were desperate to find a new one as we were going out of town in a few days. We luckily found Otis in appliances. Although the store did not have our first choice, Otis went out of his way and took the time to contact several stores searching for the washer that we wanted. When one could not be found, he helped u s find an acceptable alternative. We so appreciated finding courteous help!

Very helpful employees today, went to Home Depot for what I needed first, but they didn’t have any plastic ponds for landscaping. Lowes did and a very nice girl helped get down a 165 G pond for me to look at. Would have purchased wouldn’t have fit in car. Will order online.
