What a lovely hidden gem! If you're interested in Civil War history then you must stop here. It's a beautiful but small museum with wonderful exhibits. The facilities are clean and well kept. We thoroughly enjoyed walking this spot learning more about the local area in Civil War area. What brave boys fought from the Military School not far from the farms location. Definitely worth the price of admission.

Great experience. There open to the public with great hours. They also have a movie room which shows different times and it's included with regular admin. The exhibits are very detailed and I could understand them. Must go!

Very nice museum with a 45 minute video that is very informative. Site has 2 rates, the all inclusive which includes the museum and the battlefield walk, and the other is just the battlefield. We took the all inclusive and had a great time.

Dogs are welcome outside and around the battlefield but I don't believe you are allowed to take them inside the museum (for obvious reasons) unless they are official service dogs.
I believe they offer discounts for large parties.
I was alone and paid $4 for the inside museum and out door grounds. Don't quote me but I think they have a tour of the grounds of some sort for additional cost.
7 dollars ish sounds right Make sure you go to state museum and NOT private one. The state museum is awesome!
