Absolutely horrible service. The window you pull up to yo pay, she kept screwing around and we waited almost 10 minutes just to pay for our food. And then we get to the window to get our food and she was busy gossiping and had to wait again.

Food was McDonald’s standard, lots (8-10) flying insects, and the sleeping people in the dinning area was a bit worrisome, when we finished eating one of the sleeping people was either the manager or shift leader, she was wearing a McDonald’s polo shirt, a sleep in the booth. I know everyone is short staffed, sleep in the office not in the dinning area.

The restaurant is filthy, the restroom was, by far, the nastiest I have ever seen, and I travel a lot. There was no toilet tissue. The wait was very long and there was a long line of people waiting to get their order. We could only see three employees, one of which had to keep coming to the cash register to take orders. They were working hard and fast trying to keep up. The food we ordered was fresh, hot and good. They were clearly understaffed so I understand the wait. The restroom, however, had clearly not been cleaned in a long time. I will add, the employees were going outside to deliver curbside orders, coming in and going straight back to putting food in bags. The same with the cash register and taking money. No hand washing in between.

They closed early today, at 7 pm, due to staff shortage. The drive thru was long, and because they were so busy, I expected the food to be hot. They were on the colder side. Kind of warm. One of my pups loved McDonald's Fries. She's either too tired to eat or don't like these fries. She hasn't eaten all day. We left Columbia SC this morning and went on 2 hikes along the way.
