We did a last minute reservation on a Saturday to split up our long drive from SC to OH. Staff was nice, our room was beat up even though they said it was renovated. It was pretty clean, but did have a smell. We let it air out for awhile with the door open but the down fall is bugs came in. There was alot of furniture laying around outside so I'm guessing it's been under renovation for awhile. The beds were uncomfortable and all 3 of us hardly got any sleep :( My son enjoyed the pool, that was about the only plus....

Review based in two night's stay: Pro: comfy bed. Some renovation has occurred. B-fast to go was bottled water, banana, & snack pack (crackers, bar, etc.). Cons: Drain in bathtub backs up immediately upon turning water on. Curtains we not properly attached to the rod. We had to use the ironing board to keep the right side closed so no one could see in our room. Mattress had a nasty brown stain at the side/head area. Though it was covered by the sheet, mostly, it was still disgusting. Large bug came out from behind curain and crawled up the wall. New faux wood flooring was not glued down in places which makes walking a different experience. Finally, the AC unit needs to be cleaned out. Lots of dirt in the top of the unit where the air comes out.

The staff was really nice and helpful. The rooms were nice. The only room available they had left was a pet room and it was nice and clean , didn't even smell like pets. I know it's probably an older hotel but the staff mentioned they had remolded the back side. I would absolutely stay there again!!

Without a doubt the worst place in the world. The rooms are extremely dirty and unkempt. When asking for a refund for the terrible rooms, the gentlemen only refunded me for the night I had yet to stay and not the night id experienced. Gentlemen told me that they didn’t check the rooms all of the time so they might not know of how dirty it is. And also said that maybe the person prior to us had pets, resulting in a dirty room. There’s no way a pet would’ve caused all of that. The lock on the door was non existent, it looked like someone had peed on the chair multiple times, the floor was I vacuumed and dirty, light panels had finger prints on them, shower curtain disgusting, pillows as flat as the bed. They should be embarrassed to offer these rooms to guests for the price of $115 a night. I would expect more for a $45 a night a hotel. Then when I was getting my stuff out, a woman came to tell me at the managers request that I had to be out in 10 minutes when obviously I was the one leaving and not wanting to stay there. No one needed to tell me that I wasn’t welcome.
