I have preordered an 8" cake ahead of time for an event. Instead of a fresh-made cake, I paid $34.99 for a stale cake which was in the display freezer when I placed the order. Here's the picture I took in the display freezer 2 days earlier and the cake I received 2 days afterwards (the bubble frosting on both pictures are identical). Do not preorder any baked goods from this store!

They have good protocols. Though the store can get crowded at certain times and the Isles are small.
