How much would you charge for a engine swap if I provided the engine? it's a 2000 grand Cherokee swapping a 4.0 bored out to 4.7 with a stroker kit on it

A buddy of mine recently took a engine to them it was only supposed to be 7 days at most. Over a month went by before they finally finished it. Communication folk's it's not that hard. A customer shouldn't have to call over and over again only to find out something happened. COMMUNICATION IS KEY!!!! He could have lost 90% of the contracts we had but thankfully our customers are repeat customers so he kept in contact with them.

I had nothing but a BAD EXPERIENCE with this shop!! All the gaskets have to be replaced again because they used cheap parts. Their mechanics lack experience and antifreeze leaking into the motor oil has damaged the engine installed by Pilot Engines. The shop manager argued with me over everything and I was charged for unnecessary replacement parts to increase their profits, and these people could not diagnose the engine performance problem after it was completely torn apart.. Stay away from these crooks, or you will be sorry.

I spent what is to me a lot of money with Pilot Engines for a rebuild of the 350/5.7 liter in my '96 Suburban. I had some issues right after, which turns out to be the fuel pump and the MAP sensor had gone bad. I got it sorted out with another shop because I live 100 miles away. Now that that stuff is sorted it runs better than it ever has. The engine pulls very strong. Pilot knows what they're doing and is careful to do what they say they will. I'll be bringing my next rebuild project to them.

I have a 4.7 dodge 2004 4wd p/u, how much for a rebuild or would a crate engine be better. Also needs radiator flushed or replaced.
