I am very pleased I found MFP when looking for a sofa and loveseat set. We received excellent customer service from Jerry, and the delivery men. Their prices are very competitive. Especially appreciated is the optional in-home delivery service that includes set up and hauling away of packaging materials. This is very helpful- especially for senior citizens. Definitely recommend!

Phones were down but once I talked to the owner, my chair was delivered the very next day. Beautiful chair and very prompt service. The owner actually delivered it himself as the scheduled person was not available. Thank you

trying to contact this place is almost impossible. i have e-mailed with only one response and made several phone calls only to get no one to answer and no answering machine. I simply want to know when to expect delivery on the chair i ordered and paid for on March 20. I understand things may be back ordered, but let your customers know when to expect delivery and respond to e-mails. I have never given a bad review but their customer service is horrible.

Is this place still in business.? We paid for a mattress set last july and we are now ready to have it shipped to Michigan and cannot get any response from Jerry that owns the store??

It appears they have closed. No one is answering the phone, although their website remains in tact and accepting orders. I, too, made a purchase in July of 2020. They kept putting off my shipment blaming it on the furniture shortage. I cancelled my order a few weeks ago (mid Oct 2020). I was only reimbursed for half of what I paid through Split-It. Split-It told me the other half never went through (computer glich). I can't get in touch with anyone at MFP in order for them to reprocess the refund. Very upsetting.
