Our A/C quit working two days before we were leaving for vacation in the heat of the summer. I was about to cancel the trip until I found Tar Heel RV repair. I had talked to another repair shop and they said my A/C was obsolete and they couldn't get parts for it and wouldn't try to fix it. I didn't know what I was going to do until I called Tar Heel. Sara was very knowledgeable about my unit and said that they could get parts and fix it. I took my RV up there and Kevin started working on it that afternoon. He fixed my problem and it was ready to go the next day. I really appreciate them fixing so fast and saving our upcoming trip. I will definitely be using Tar Heel again the next time I have a problem.

Our refrigerator / freezer suddenly stopped working on us so we took our RV in to Tar Heel Mobile RV Service and worked with Kevin there. Even though he was absolutely slammed with all kinds of orders, he recognized that we were traveling through and were dead in the water and was willing to spend quite a bit of time helping us to diagnose the problem and work for a resolution, making several phone calls to partner businesses and suppliers and manufacturers and such. They even let us store our food from our refrigerator and freezer in their own refrigerator freezer in their shop while they worked on the problem. In the end the refrigerator spontaneously started working again, so that was good, but I'm just grateful to Kevin and his team for being willing to put a lot of effort in while they were so busy to help us get back on the road.
